How do we break old patterns and learn to understand ourselves more fully, in order to become more successful? Seems daunting, does it not. But it is not that difficult.
There is a second layer of hidden thought that underlies all human behavior and these are the sub-context, or hidden context, of behavior that are ingrained through our learning process, as they have been taught to us by our families and associates throughout our development.
Now, you may ask, did you pre-contract these things as your life events? And our answer would be no, not at all. Even though you may have pre-chosen this life incarnation and how you came to be born into this life, and that you may have even chosen the parents who were the vehicle for this life manifestation, there is little more involved. As the soul does not migrate into physical form until after conception, you may have actively, on a spirit level, decisively picked the body you now have, but that is where the concept of pre-contracting ends. The physical self and biological processes are vastly separate from the soul migration, spirit manifestation, or walk-in experiences. There is a point of emergence where the two need to bind to bring physically aware autonomously cogent life into the third dimension. But how you navigate your life is up to you.
The roadblocks we struggle with are often found in that which manifests as something lacking which the individual needs to fulfill, and these roadblocks may be pronounced because the individual may not know how to effectively communicate his or her needs.
When a person has a hard time communicating their personal needs they set about to self-sabotage and to sabotage the relationships they are in or the relationships of those around them by introducing a level of chaos into other peoples lives.
By creating a level of chaos they manage to pull people into their life and gain attention by redirecting the positive attention that would be given someone else. Their hidden context is that they have always seen themselves as a failure and they have oftentimes failed, so they say to themselves, “I cannot do that, because I will fail” or, “I am not good at that.” They may see others succeeding and reaching a level of accomplishment or happiness, so they, in turn, create a sense of dissention and pull the attention away from the other people, by creating some sort of drama, dysfunction or conflict around themselves based on how they are victims. This reinforces their already low self-esteem.
As time has passed there has been a general convergence of gender, meaning that the roles of gender defined behaviors have become more integrated and less dependent on gender as the determining factor in modalities of behavior and their explicit traditionally defined roles. This complicates the processes of identifying the hidden context of your behavior by confusing socially enforced gender-typing and not recognizing the emergence of individual perceptions of the self and how special those unique traits are that each person manifests into the third dimensional reality (to explore and learn about.)
Transforming real life fundamentals involves accepting “the you” that is not defined by the process of behaviorally reinforced beliefs you have already acquired, or through gender defined modalities of behavior or through self-victimization. Transforming real life fundamentals evolves by embracing the fears that you have believed limits your personal capabilities. You are so much more than how you have been defined. Your life is about your own personal best, not any other standard of “the best,” or any other standard of imposed expectation (anyone can place expectations on you - it may be your parents, your friends, your co-worker or even yourself), but your own “best” is the only truth that matters. This is why it is necessary for you to focus on bettering yourself.
More and more we see males taking female roles and females taking on male roles—what this does is pull each gender away from their traditional definitions of who they are. As societies become more removed from traditional senses of what defined them, people gravitate toward ways of finding a familiar sense of what they are lacking. What this process is about is learning new patterns of behavior that can redefine the limited perspectives you reinforce through your belief systems. You are designed to evolve, grow and challenge yourselves to shift into higher pathways of beingness.
Less and less families are extended families, less and less people have meals where they talk and come together to problem solve, and this is a huge issue with how relationships are formed and how you learn about fundamental problem solving. Now, that said, these structures are malleable and serve as learning processes. How you adapt your third-dimensional awareness with your sense-memories of your past unresolved issues will determine the successes or failures you have in this life-time, but again, the only measurement is your own perception of how you define yourself. This life is about you and how you effectively live an abundant life or a life of victimization.
There is an old story that I am fond of. There was a man who lived just outside the wall of the city, he was always working, and hording everything he had and feeling he never had enough. Seeing traders, journeymen and others of statue and wealth come and go through the city gates he felt less than them. He prayed and prayed. As time passed he became angry and more bitter.
Then an angel appeared to him and spoke to him saying that God had heard him and sent him a message, the message was to travel to the lower village and there he would see the face of a truly wealthy man.
The man left his home and traveled the lengthy dirt road in sandals. Coming to the lower village he saw such poverty. The water was polluted and muddy; the homes had animals coming from within them. He was thirsty and tired. Finally he came to the last home and he thought that God was fooling with him – there were no wealthy men here.
An older lame man dressed in rags offered him the shade of his home, and with some resentment the man went in. The older man told him that he had plenty and that his life was blessed. Seemingly astonished the man asked him what he meant by that. The older man said that each day the sun warmed his face and his roof kept him from the rain. He said in all, his life was blessed.
The traveler sat at an old table, the old man’s wife laid in bed near by coughing and not well, the dog was blind and lame and the bread was moldy. But the older man offered him water and what food he had.
As he went to wash his hands in the basin he saw the reflection of himself looking back from the water, he saw the bitterness in own face, and he turned and looked at the older man who was willing to share what limited means he had with this stranger and he realized it was himself who was wealthy. He had been able to make the journey, he was healthy, he had a good home, he earned a modest living and his wife was well as were his children. He reached into his pocket and left coin on the table and embraced the older-man with thanks. Now, which man do you think was wealthy? And from what perspective are you seeing this story unfold? The man who was in search, the older man, or your own perspective? Perhaps the answer is within that part of the story that is mirrored back at you, much like the man’s reflection in the basin. Will you see the true meaning or will you see your perception of that reflection?
As with animals, there are specific groupings that reinforce the way a group or society emerges. Humans cluster, as do bees and ants. They form communities that reinforce these hidden contexts of behavior that they are consciously unaware of. The hidden context, or the second layer of thought which is not a consciously aware-level of knowingly creating with purpose, but is motivated and reinforced by these instincts is indeed part of all living things. Some patterns are instinctual and some learned.
These naturally occurring behaviors have the ability in human and natural forms to share the capacity to create order out of countless separate processes. While we go about our day and interact with others there are countless processes that occur within our subconscious or unaware mind. These are the hidden context of behaviors or hidden factors that cause our reactions and shape our responses.
All groupings shape, this mentality of self-motivation, especially when we create through instinctively derived groups or situations that make us feel safe and comfortable. Many individuals or groups are consciously unaware that by recreating a naturally-instinctive dynamic that has the potential of inhibiting our (the individual’s) personal growth or advancing it depending how aware we (individually) are of it hinders the empowerment that would normally challenge the individual to succeed. The group dynamic has replaced the individual dynamic. By being aware of your true uniquenesses and the capabilities that are within these gifts you can manifest unlimited potential and no longer acquiesce your own power to the dominate personality within that group .
The processes of emergence, or coming together and moving into a newer framework of understanding from your old frameworks of repeated behaviors are the basics of human evolution and growth.
Each person is led to where they need to be, and you are at the point in your personal awareness that you can begin this journey of rediscovery.
All biological life, even bees, ants, and birds, form societies with structures that mirror your life and living structure. There is a definite structure and reason for these patterns of structures. They exist for a reason and provide a purpose.
They (patters of structure) exist within your brain and physical beingness. How you reason and your collective synaptic responses - to how your body reacts to stress to protect itself, to how your body fights off flu, infections and bacteria, these (patterns) also exist within cities in how people cluster together in communities that reflect their own uniqueness and homogeny and through this process they develop their own level of self-awareness or need to maintain their own level of stability. This (evolving patterns) can also been seen in the internet and the soft-ware robots, word-bots and email-bots that gather information, which are now processing word information into phrases based on the rate of letter, word and reoccurrence of word usage to predict trends in money-markets, trends in buying patterns and in prediction global incidences or consistories.
The development of self-aware intelligence is simple, it organizes from the bottom up, out of the need to survive and self-protect it can not be structured from the top down or through laws or by those who are the head of corporations. Awareness emerges and self-develops not by complex anticipation or general rule, but by and through these underlying sub-context or hidden-context of thought and subconscious awareness. This is how you problem solve (out of need) and how you learn to establish you boundaries.
Just like with bees that need to move their hive, it is not because of some memo from the head-bee it is because they have outgrown their hive, they no longer have the crop or flowers they need to make honey – and they have to move based on their need to regroup in order to survive. Your need to survive is the motivating force behind your learning experiences.
The individual automatically begins to problem solve in accordance with their natural intuition and instinct. The bees want the nearest location to their source of honey and food, they survive by the use of scent or pheromones and they collectively problem solve based on these needs and how those needs are being met. People are very much the same and when they are ordered to conform they adapt for awhile and when their needs are not met they re-adapt to fulfill those needs. Nature adapts.
Corporations and those that would impose sanctions on the development of individuals and their collective groups that they establish to feel safe within that segment of society (that they live in), much like migrant workers, illegal aliens that work farms that generate produce – will find that a time is coming when government officials will realize that their indifference to these people and the groups that they establish collectively which serves the whole of the dominant society is an integral part of that society. You will find that especially within America businesses will begin to take foreign currencies because of the need to adapt to their markets and customers. In other words, adaptation is necessary for survival. This type of change is necessary to make your economy, your society and your collective awarenesses function harmoniously.
When they (you as an individual and your society) show indifference in regards to any people, that indifference generates the risk of harm to that society. This raises the potential for occurrences of prejudice, hate-crimes, restricted access, and increased prices for those who are already struggling, and on and on – that through baring responsibility for these increased risks and occurrences they are in fact contributing to the liability for the harm that can come directly from their actions.
When people are faced with changes to their external world they retreat to try and control their inner-world or themselves. To cue you into these manifestations of sub-contexts of behavior watch how you respond to those you meet, but more important watch and see how other respond to you. There will always be a battle for dominance and survival; it is basic to most natural things that for something to survive it must be dominate within its society to continue its legacy.
The ability for nature to adapt transcends the typical usage of the word ‘nature’, meaning that all self-aware things emerge and adapt in order to survive – even to the point of malignancy. Cities and countries that do not evolve and emerge in beneficial ways that serve the needs of all self-aware segments of its societies are doomed to failure.
You, yes you – this one person (that is you) has the power of creation behind them. You can make a difference in your personal life, your society and your world by believing you can be more. More brilliant, more capable, more loving and more aware and in so doing pave the way for others to see the light you carry, lighting the path for them.
